This tomato sauce was  obtained through processing fresh and ripe tomatoes, grown in the province of Piacenza,  according to exclusively biological and biodynamic principles.
 
The harvested tomatoes are subjected to careful selection to guarantee excellent quality. Since the production areas are close to the processing site, during the 4 hours after harvesting, the product is washed, cut, passed and finally pasteurized, in order to leave the quality, freshness and flavor of the freshly-cut tomato unchanged. harvested.
