To shop at Mercado Orgânico you can choose to visit us physically at Rua de Diu 231, Foz do Douro, Porto or by shopping online. To do this, simply browse www.mercadooganico.pt and select the products you want to buy.

Add your favorite products to the shopping cart using the “Add to Cart” button.

You can choose to continue shopping or finalize the order. If you do not wish to add more items, click on the basket button in the top corner of the page and select the “View Basket” option.

You will see the list of products you chose. Press the “Checkout” button to continue the purchase process. If you choose the ApplePay method, the delivery details will already be defined in advance.

If you already have an account, log in. If not, fill in your personal details in the form with “Delivery Details” (fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory fields);

Then select the “Delivery Method” where you can view the estimated costs of shipping the items.

Finalize your order by filling in the “Payment Method”, where you can choose Debit/Credit Card or Manual payment via bank transfer to the indicated IBAN or Mbway to the official Mercado Orgânico number.

Confirm all the information entered and finish with “Order Confirmation". Don't forget to select the pisco that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Finally, you will receive an order confirmation via email. After confirmation of payment by Mercado Orgânico, you will only have to wait for the days scheduled for postal dispatch of the products.

After payment is completed, Mercado Orgânico carries out a standard check, so that the order can be processed and shipped.

You will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.

In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made at the time of confirmation of purchase.

Mercado Orgânico offers shipping options that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value and destination region.

Shipping costs are displayed when registering an order in store, in the second step of the "Shopping Cart".
