Agar-agar is a seaweed extract that, after heating, forms vegetable gelatin.

Microgreens are the first leaves of vegetables, which, because they are harvested very early, have an intense flavor, are very healthy and have a high concentration of vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to health.

Agar is used to replace substrate or earth and simply add 2 grams of agar with half a liter of water and heat until it boils. After cooling, spread the seeds and wait 10-15 days to harvest the microgreens. The agar will “feed” the vegetables, making it a simple way to grow your own vegetables so they can accompany your meals.
