Organically produced whole barley. Contains gluten. PT-BIO-04 Origin: EU. Around 7000 years ago, it was the first cereal to be cultivated and for millennia it was the staple food of the people of the Mediterranean Basin. It is a very nutritious and easy to digest cereal.

HOW TO USE

Cook with twice as much water for 50 minutes over low heat. Once cooked, it can be used in your favorite baking, sweets or other recipes of your choice. STORE IN A COOL AND DRY PLACE.
