Curry is a mixture of spices widely used in the cuisine of countries such as India, Thailand, among others... It is also a typical preparation of the Indo-Portuguese cuisine of Goa, Daman and Diu, formerly belonging to the Portuguese State of India, and of Mozambican cuisine, influenced by the large community of Portuguese origin in the country.
