Boulgour is a derivative of wheat that has existed for thousands of years in the Middle East, where it originates. It is obtained from wheat grains from organic farming which, when they begin to germinate, are pre-cooked, dried and split.

HOW TO USE
One part boulgour to two parts water and salt, bring to the boil, bring to a boil, cook for 10 to 15 minutes, cover and let rest for up to 10 minutes. Add vegetables to taste. STORE IN A COOL AND DRY PLACE.
