Azuki Beans have been cultivated for millennia in China and Japan where they are considered the "King of Beans". Azuki Beans are easy to digest.
HOW TO USE
Wash the beans and a strip of kombu seaweed, soak them both in three times of water and use the soaking water to cook for 30 minutes in a pressure cooker. You can add different vegetables such as Lombards, carrots or sauté it with onion. You can also cook with brown rice (they have the same cooking time).
