Red Beans originate from South America where they have been cultivated for around 7000 years. Spanish explorers spread it across Europe in the 19th century. XVI. It is a well-known food and is traditionally used in feijoadas, bean rice, stews and salads. Rich in protein, fiber, iron and magnesium.

 

HOW TO USE

Preparation Method: Soak for 8 hours, cook for 45 minutes in the pressure cooker. If you add a strip of Kombú Seaweed during soaking and cooking, your sensory experience will be enriched. Store in a dry and cool place
